The Aladdin 1001 was produced for the first time in 1885 by The National Card Co. which was then bought by The Us Playing Card Co.
The brand’s production ended in 2009 when the USPCC moved to its new facilities in Kentucky.
Printed without embossing, the cards are very smooth and slippery when they are new, which makes them ideal for cartomancy.
The feathers represented on the back of the cards are an excellent canvas for various marking patterns.
