Cube Quest – Rules of Play says:

After years of ‘battle’ and ‘territory’ games, the next logical step… was to introduce flicking! Cube Quest is a fresh take on the ‘under siege’ element of a game, where now you’re not dodging carefully-thought-out tactics from your opponent, but their flying cubes! Use your attack and defence cubes to knock their King cube off the play mat, whilst keeping yours safe in his castle. Other cubes used as substitutes and immobilisers definitely complicate the matter! Not suitable for use over drains, pot holes, wells, or deep holes. In fact, forget a table, the floor’s your best bet!

It’s not the quietest or the tidiest game, but Rules of Play loves it!
